One funny thing he asked was whether either of us had a space between our large toe and our other toes... I said I hadn't really noticed that, but that I had really long toes - and that my mom called them monkey toes. He said that might be an appropriate way to describe it. He tried to catch another shot of the toes, but said they looked normal in those views. Later that day I examined my toes to see if I did have a space, and I noticed that when my toes are a little flexed, it does look like there's a space. I know the baby was moving all around and quite active, so he might have been flexing his toes in some shots, and then relaxing them in others...
Here's the shot they sent me home with:

Obviously, I can make out his head, but I can't figure out how he's positioned - his body might be turned so his back is facing us. And I'm not sure how his arms are positioned. Jim thinks he looks like a little turkey, but he will have to explain how he sees a turkey to you - I can't figure that out either!
At the ultrasound, they said the baby weighed about 3.5 ounces, which is just ahead of the average.
As for me, I'm almost 5 pounds over my starting weight. And here's my belly shot:
I finally got a couple of maternity t-shirts. But that and my 2 pairs of pants for work are the only things I have right now. I'm still doing the hair elastic trick at the waistband, but I'm not sure how long that will continue to last!
