Makin Cookies

We found a recipe for cookies that works for everyone - they're delicious and they're fun for Morty to make.  He gets to smash up the pretzels and run the mixer.  We connect his switch with this device called a Powerlink, which the mixer then plugs into.  Here's a video of how the whole thing works:

Notes: we found the caramel bits at Target (ours has a grocery store), but I've also made these with Heath toffe bits, and that also worked out quite well.  If you use the caramel bits, it works out best to use a sheet of parchment paper... otherwise, the bits stick to the pan and you get a mess of crumbled sticky cookies.
