Morty's New Nanny

This is Morty's new nanny. Her name is Meghan. Allison got a teaching position (yay for Allison! Sad for us...) so we had to find a replacement. Jim and I both felt that Morty had done so well and made so much progress over the summer that the best thing for him is to keep a one on one situation. More expensive, but way worth it, and somehow we'll make it work.

I put listings up on 2 different websites and ended up with over 20 applicants (thank you bad economy). It was a stressful week, but when we made our decision, I felt very good about it. Meghan comes to us with 4 years of experience working as a special needs aide and experience as a nanny to another baby with cp. She has a lot of energy and a bubbly personality!
